What is a "Yard MARQUEE"?
A Yard Marquee is a fun, unique and personalized way to celebrate any occasion in your family and friends lives! Each Marquee is a personalized message spelled out with BIG letters and other fun specialty graphics. The Marquee is placed in the yard to surprise the recipient upon waking or arriving home.
How much does it cost?
We offer honest pricing and a variety of incredible packages. We make it easy to create a Marquee entirely unique to you. This is a revolutionary way to plan your event: enjoy an easy, stress-free, and pleasant process so you can enjoy every moment of your celebration!
How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice by email. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your reservation. Venmo is preferred. We also accept personal checks as long as the check clears before delivery and installation.
Do you deliver in the rain?
Yes, we will deliver in the rain! We will not deliver during inclement weather. If we are unable to deliver due to the weather, we will attempt to reschedule. If you do not want to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
When do you deliver?
You can expect delivery and installation of your Marquee between 8pm — 11pm the evening before your event or celebration. (Example: Celebration is on Tuesday, delivery and installation would occur on Monday.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you need a different delivery and installation time than the time frame mentioned above, please let us know and we can develop a plan best suited for your Marquee.
When do you Pick up?
All Marquees are reserved for a 24-hour rental period. We will pick up your Marquee 24 hours after installation. (Example: Installation ended Monday at 9pm; pick up will be Tuesday at 9pm.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you need your Marquee longer than 24 hours, you will need to purchase an additional day.
When should I reserve my marquee?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. We can accommodate last minute orders, based on availability. The sooner you contact us, the better chance you have of reserving the Marquee you want.
Can THE MARQUEE BE installed IN THE BACKYARD?
Yes! Marquees can be placed in the front, side or backyard.
Can the marquee be placed in artificial turf?
No, the Marquees will damage turf. Marquees are best suited for grass. We offer stand installations for an additional fee. Stands allow Marquees to be placed on artificial turf and landscaping that cannot be staked. If you have a concern about your yard, send us an email and we will develop a plan best suited for your Marquee.
May I select the colors/graphics?
Yes, we will absolutely take your preferences into consideration. However, we are working with a set inventory. If a certain graphic or color has already been booked, we will design a Marquee that is similar to your initial preferences.
Can I install the marquees?
No, the Marquees are only installed and removed by Yard Marquee representatives.
Can I buy the marquees?
No, the Marquees are proprietary and are the sole property of Yard Marquee.
IF I DON'T SEE I GRAPHIC I WANT, Can I order a specific one to be used in my marquee?
Possibly. If you have a specific request for a graphic, please contact us at least 2 months in advance.
