Rental & Refund Policies

Rental Policy

  1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm and hold your reservation date.

  2. We ask that you take pride in your Marquee and treat it with respect.

  3. You will be invoiced for replacements due to negligent damage or missing Marquees.

  4. Our Marquees WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please discourage all persons from playing on or around the Marquee.

  5. Please DO NOT remove or move the Marquee, including our advertising signs. However, we do encourage you to pose next to the Marquee to take photographs of your celebration.

  6. Please DO NOT vandalize or throw Marquees in the garbage. Even if you do not like the Marquee that has been gifted to you, these items ARE our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the Marquee, as you are still responsible for it.

  7. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the Marquee. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our Marquees, they may become damaged.

  8. Please protect our Marquees from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, weed wackers, dogs, etc. Contact with weed wackers may cause damage as well.

  9. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we install.

  10. Yard Marquee and all their representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the installation or removal of any rental.

 
 
 
 

Refund Policy

  1. For canceled bookings you can choose one of the following options:

    • Receive a refund of half of the booking rate.

    • Receive a full credit for a future booking date, based on availability.

  2. Full refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather. Inclement weather is anything that would put Yard Marquee representatives or our Marquees in harm's way including but not limited to:

    • fires

    • high winds

    • heavy rain

    • lightning/thunderstorms 

  3. Refunds will NOT be given for the following reasons:

    • Client provides the wrong address for installation.

    • Homeowner requests that the Marquee be removed.

    • Yard Marquee representatives are denied access to a gated community.

    • Any animals prevent the Marquee from being installed.

    • Circumstances that prevent installation of the Marquee beyond our control. 
      (Example: You requested a grass installation and there is no grass.)

  4. A $50 re-delivery fee will be charged if we:

    • Must return to remove, move and re-install a Marquee at the correct address.

    • Are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time or day to install.
