BOOKING RESERVATIONS

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. We can accommodate last minute orders, based on availability. The sooner you contact us, the better chance you have of reserving the Marquee you want.

 

DELIVERY & installation

You can expect ​delivery and installation of your Marquee between 8pm — 11pm the evening before your event or celebration. (Example: Celebration is on Tuesday, delivery and installation would occur on Monday.)

PLEASE NOTE: If you need a different delivery and installation time than the time frame mentioned above, please let us know and we can develop a plan best suited for your Marquee.

 

PICK UP

All Marquees are reserved for a 24-hour rental period. We will pick up your Marquee 24 hours after installation.
(Example: Installation ended Monday at 9pm; pick up will occur Tuesday at 9pm.)

PLEASE NOTE: If you need your Marquee longer than 24 hours, you will need to purchase an additional day.

 

HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS

We may be unable to deliver a Marquee during severe weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule delivery or a full refund will be issued.

 

YARD MAINTENANCE

We ask that you please water your yard for a total of 30-45 minutes, 1 hour before installation. Moist ground helps keep the stakes in place and makes the Marquee look fabulous!

PLEASE NOTE: Marquees cannot be placed in artificial turf. We offer stand installations for an additional fee. Stands allow Marquees to be placed on artificial turf and landscaping that cannot be staked.

 

PAYMENT

You will receive an invoice by email. Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your reservation. Venmo is preferred. We also accept personal checks as long as the check clears before delivery and installation.
